Sodding Services

Tilling/Soil Prep - We fertilize and till the entire area to ensure grass roots will establish quickly.

Leveling - Ground is leveled to ensure a smooth yard which will allow for easier mowing.

Finish Grading - We make sure your yard has the appropriate drainage grade so all water is moved away from your foundation.

Sod Installation - We use high quality blue grass sod from Oleson Sod Company in Cedar Falls.  After sod has been patterned we will roll your yard to increase soil to sod contact, improving root generation.

Sprinkler Setup - Recently sodded yards must be watered thoroughly .  We will setup sprinklers and provide you with watering instructions.  For a fee we will water your lawn for you.
