- Tilling/Soil Prep - We fertilize and
till the entire area to ensure grass roots will establish quickly.

- Leveling - Ground is leveled to ensure
a smooth yard which will allow for easier mowing.

- Finish Grading - We make sure your yard
has the appropriate drainage grade so all water is moved away from your
foundation.

- Seeding - We use a Landpride 1572 seed
drill to install your new yard. The seed drill allows for precision
seed distribution
|
- Sprinkler Setup - Recently seeded yards
must be watered thoroughly . We will setup sprinklers and provide
you with watering instructions. For a fee we will water your lawn
for you.

Overseeding of Established Lawns |
- Scallon's Lawn Care also provides overseeding of
established lawns. Overseeding thickens and improves the appearance of
thin or patchy lawns. We will first inspect your yard to see if
conditions are right for overseeding. If needed we will detatch or
aerate your yard to allow for proper moisture, nutrient and light
penetration. We then use our seed drill for even and thorough seed
planting.
