driveway, patio, sidewalks, and the street surrounding the property.

Includes: |

- Trimming around trees, landscaped beds,
fences, and any other obstructions.

- Removal of clippings and debris on
driveway, patio, sidewalks, and the street surrounding the property.

- Edging of driveway and sidewalks twice
a month.

| Scheduling |
| Customers will be scheduled on a weekly
mowing plan. The service will not be performed if the grass does not
need to be mowed. |

| Billing |
| Customers will be billed at the 20th of
each month. The statement received will show the dates and amount of
each service performed. |
